Pilates is a series of exercises to improve posture. Pilates strengthens the core muscles of the pelvis,
abdomen and back to improve balance, trunk strength and flexibility, and relieve chronic pain.
Mat Classes
AR Pilates mat classes are a small group classes of up to the maximum of 9 people in a fully
equiped Pilates studio. I strive to encourage each client to work within their own abilities,
safely achieving their best in all the exercises. The goal here is not to compete but to grow
more confident each time and develop the correct technique under qualified supervision
and in a pleasant environment.
Rehabilitation Classes
I am able to offer Pilates at clients’ home where they are unable to attend the studio classes due
to their physical limitations.
